To provide our services to you. Where you subscribe to use our platform, we will process your personal data in order to improve the accuracy of our services that we provide to you.
If you are an employer/parent using the platform to find talent, the data processed will allow us to create your account, attract talent to your vacancy and provide a communication platform.
If you are talent/candidate using the platform to find employment, the data processed will allow us to create a professional profile including displaying icons to show pre-vetted documents, attract employers and provide a communication platform.
If you do not wish to provide us with your personal data in this way, we will be unable to provide our service to you.
WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR DATA
We take appropriate measures to ensure that all the personal data is kept secure including security measures to prevent personal data being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorised way.
