Elite Private Staff is an online recruitment platform designed for Parents to hire Private Household Staff. This website is not intended for children and we do not knowingly collect data relating to children.

Elite Private Staff (also referred to as “EPS”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this privacy notice) registered office is 27 Old Gloucester Street, London, England, WC1 N3AX.

This Privacy Policy sets out how we, Elite Private Staff, obtain, store and use your personal information when you use or interact with our website www.eliteprivatestaff.online.

By using www.eliteprivatestaff.online, you confirm that you have read and understand this Privacy Policy, and our Terms of Service (together referred to herein as the “Agreement”. The Agreement governs the use of the www.eliteprivatestaff.online platform. EPS will gather, use and maintain information consistent with the Agreement.

THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

  • We collect and process some or all the following types of information from you.
  • Full name and email when creating an account.
  • When completing the vacancy template, we process the information provided to publish your vacancy online. Such information will not include personal details such as; names, date of birth and full addresses. But may include details of the type of candidate you are seeking, contracted days and hours of work, remuneration, job description, number of children including ages and sexes and family pets.
  • When setting-up a professional profile including uploading personal documents such as; qualification/training certificates, enhanced police check certificate, travel document to serve as identification, we may use the document name, date issued, and expiry and location obtained. We will not include names.
  • In particular, we process information relating to your employment history, skills and experience that you provide to us. We will not include names and full addresses.
  • When making a payment.
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.
  • Details of your visits to EPS including but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data and the resources that you access.

WHY WE NEED YOUR DATA

To provide our services to you. Where you subscribe to use our platform, we will process your personal data in order to improve the accuracy of our services that we provide to you.

If you are an employer/parent using the platform to find talent, the data processed will allow us to create your account, attract talent to your vacancy and provide a communication platform.

If you are talent/candidate using the platform to find employment, the data processed will allow us to create a professional profile including displaying icons to show pre-vetted documents, attract employers and provide a communication platform.

If you do not wish to provide us with your personal data in this way, we will be unable to provide our service to you.

WHAT WE DO WITH YOUR DATA

We take appropriate measures to ensure that all the personal data is kept secure including security measures to prevent personal data being accidentally lost or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. Personal data is processed by our staff only and such persons will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to duty of confidentiality. Data resides on our own servers. No 3rd parties have access to your personal data unless the law allows them to do so. Please be aware however that encrypted backups of your information may be stored on a cloud-based system whose servers are located with the European Union. We take all reasonable steps to ensure that your personal data is processed securely, including isolated servers, robust firewall and a system designed with security in mind.

HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR DATA

When we collect your personal data to provide the services to you, we will retain this for a period of 6 years, as stated in the UK tax law. This is to ensure we can respond to any legal claims. Any information we use for marketing purposes (with your consent only) will be kept with us until you notify us that you no longer wish to receive this information. Messages from the private message board will be removed when you request for your account to be deleted, or the individual message is deleted with the portal.

Right of access. You have the right to receive confirmation as to whether your personal data is being processed by us, as well as various other information relation to our use of your personal data. Right to rectification You have the right to require us to rectify any inaccurate personal data we hold about you by providing a supplementary statement to us.
